Refund Policy – Suraksha SmartClinic

1) Consultation Fees

  • Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable after the consultation is completed.
  • If the appointment is cancelled by Suraksha SmartClinic or the doctor, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the patient cancels the appointment:
    • Before the consultation time: Refund may be provided after deducting applicable service charges.
    • After the consultation time or no-show: No refund will be applicable.

2) Diagnostic Tests

  • Payments for diagnostic tests are non-refundable once the sample is collected or the test is conducted.
  • If a test is cancelled by Suraksha SmartClinic due to operational reasons, a full refund will be initiated.
  • In case of failed or invalid sample collection, a free re-test or refund may be offered based on review.

3) Medicine Purchases

  • Medicines once dispensed are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:
    • Incorrect medicine dispensed
    • Manufacturing defect (as per supplier policy)

4) Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5) Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed through:
    • UPI
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Original payment source only

6) Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • User error in booking details
    • Delayed arrival or no-show
    • Partial usage of services
